By accessing, registering on, or using the jil90 platform — including the website at jil90.com, any associated mobile-optimized pages, and all services offered therein — you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the jil90 platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jil90 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jil90 platform and close your account if one has been created.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jil90 platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.

jil90 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible user may register one (1) account only on the jil90 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil90 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly if accessing your account from shared or public devices.
• Notify jil90 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

jil90 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jil90 of unauthorized access.

jil90 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jil90 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your jil90 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution. jil90 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Once KYC is completed, withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jil90 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (subject to change; refer to the platform for current limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 (subject to change; refer to the platform for current limits).
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• jil90 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the jil90 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

jil90 offers sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, sabong, and other events. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the jil90 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the User except where expressly permitted by the applicable market rules.

• jil90 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, jil90 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Winnings from casino games are determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) of the relevant game provider. jil90 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

jil90 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jil90 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the jil90 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or allowing any person under 21 to access your account.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the jil90 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event or casino game.
• Attempting to launder money or use the jil90 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jil90 support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jil90 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the jil90 platform — including but not limited to the jil90 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of jil90 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jil90 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jil90 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jil90 content.
• Use any jil90 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jil90 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jil90 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

jil90's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil90 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jil90 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jil90 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the jil90 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how jil90 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You may close your jil90 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jil90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• At the request of the account holder under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, jil90 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending bets, subject to applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jil90 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jil90 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jil90 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

jil90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jil90 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jil90 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
